When my order arrived, the box was dented, so I was a little worried at first. Thankfully, the pins themselves were totally fine, which is what mattered most to me. Still, the packaging felt a bit lackluster and could probably use some improvement

Ordered from pinspockets.com and honestly... I figured it would take a while. Nope. They had my order in production really quickly. Updates came through on their own too, which was nice. No chasing, no wondering what was going on. Then it showed up sooner than I expected. Just a really smooth experience overall. I'd definitely use them again

I’ve been using these pins for a bit now and overall I’m really happy with them. They feel solid, not flimsy at all, and the colors look great in person. The only downside was that one of mine arrived with a scratch, but the rest were in good shape and look really nice.

Support did get everything sorted out in the end, which I appreciated. It was just a bit slower than I expected, especially waiting for the follow-up reply, but once they got to it, the issue was handled fine

I only used it a handful of times before the seams started coming apart, which was really disappointing. I don’t expect everything to last forever, but for what I paid, I definitely expected better quality. I wouldn’t buy it again...
